Academic Advisory Group
An Academic Advisory Group comprised of experienced executives from some of the industry’s leading stakeholders has been created and will guide the development of relevant, high quality, training courses.
To further our goal of developing standards throughout the industry through educational activities the DFWC, in consultation with industry stakeholders and following an industry wide consultation, has produced a set of professional standards for frontline sales staff in our industry. These cover general sales professionals and specialists in the fragrance and tobacco categories.
