Training

To further the Council’s objective of developing standards throughout the industry through educational activities the Council has created a not-for profit Academy providing industry bespoke online training¬†courses to complement the in-house training already provided by industry stakeholders.
An Academic Advisory Group comprising a broad section of industry expertise from some of the leading retailers and brands, across all major product categories, plus global perspectives from the DFWC and TFWA inform the type of courses offered by the Academy and provides unrivalled oversight of content relevancy and accuracy.
The Academy works with its partners ACI World Training and best-in-class course designers to ensure its training delivers quantifiable and actionable learning outcomes.
